We use Adobe Connect Pro. It does screen sharing, chat, document sharing, video streaming, collaborative editing, etc. Cool stuff.

Personally, I love Adobe Connect/Brio. I've been using them for years and wouldn't use anything else unless the same quality and cheaper in price. :)
