They still learn to write these days? I thought everything in the 21st century was typed? I for one have completely unlearned how to write. The only thing I still find myself writing is mock-up diagrams when preparing technical presentations.

I can concur with that, my "fast" handwriting has also detoriated severely by using the computer, however my "neat and slow" has actually gained because of it, as i'm now more aware of the way I write. (also, not having a backspace counts too ;) )

Writing still comes in handy when filling in official documents...
