Music
Avril Lavigne using Drupal
The official website from Avril Lavigne is now using Drupal. The website was built by her label RCA records, which is part of Sony BMG Music Entertainment.
Jennifer Lopez using Drupal
Turns out Jennifer Lopez (aka J. Lo) is using Drupal at http://jenniferlopez.com. Kicking ass. ;-)
Britney Spears has gone Drupal
Britney Spears' official website just relaunched using Drupal. Check it out at http://britney.com. The site was built by her record label, Sony BMG. Oops! We did it again!
Warner Bros using Drupal
Ethan just let me know that the main Warner Bros Records website, http://www.warnerbrosrecords.com (or http://wbr.com), is a Drupal site. Furthermore, rumor has it that the design was done by Prod4ever and that the Drupal integration was done by AlianDesign. Well, it looks smashing!
Ethan is the Head of Technology at Warner Bros Records, and last time I met him, he was looking to hire more Drupal talent. People like Madonna, Metallica, Paris Hilton and the White Stripes work for Warner Bros Records, so you'd expect a great work environment. ;-) Joking aside, get in touch with Ethan if you're serious about Drupal and looking for a job.
Tori Amos using Drupal
Tori Amos moves to Drupal: http://toriamos.com. Another high-profile Drupal user, but unfortunately, the template design is not exactly my cup of tea ... it reminds of web design in the late nineties.
Royal Flemish Philharmonic using Drupal
The website of the Royal Flemish Philharmonic is now using Drupal. The concept and design work was done by Internet Architects, the implementation itself by dotProjects. Another Belgian Drupal site!
Grateful Dead using Drupal
TechCrunch reports that the Grateful Dead website is about to be relaunched as a Drupal website:
The new version of Dead.net was created on the Drupal content management platform and features extensive archives cataloging Grateful Dead history, songs, photos, memorabilia, and shows, indexed and searchable by tags. Dead users will be able to participate in forums, upload their own photos, and bookmark concerts and shows they have attended. Fans will also be treated to exclusive free mp3 show downloads.
