December 14, 2007 - 19:04If you look at the source code, it appears they started on the garland theme and did some heavy modifications. As far as I can see it's not available for download (yet).
December 14, 2007 - 19:14Yet again, a 3rd party uses Drupal to do a module download site far better than drupal.org itself. Jquery did it too. Can we please allow votingapi and fivestar on drupal.org? I know there are more issues involved, but thats a fundamental one.

There is a GHOP task for this: Redesign the project releases download overview table to display more releases of a project. This is a first step. There is also a task to completely redesign the download pages, but I can't seem to track that one down now. I have good hopes that some good results will come from this.
