New Zealand government using Drupal
The New Zealand government is using Drupal at http://beehive.govt.nz. The site features information about all their ministers, their speeches, press releases, ministerial briefings, major government initiatives and more. (Hat tip: Bevan Rudge)

As a kiwi I take a great deal of pride that our little country gets a mention on such a prestigious site - Dries means of course New Zealand (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Zealand), the small country in the South-West Pacific (famous for rugby, lawn bowls & Lion Red), as opposed to Zeeland, the small province in South-West holland :)
Two political parties in New Zealand also use Drupal:
If you live in NZ and are reading this, then you outta know about DrupalSouth; NZ's Drupal Event for 2008. DrupalSouth will bring NZ's Drupal community together for the first nation-wide Drupal event and the first ever Drupal camp in NZ. We can't wait to see you there!
Thanks for the hat-tip Dries, however I didn't discover this one myself. IIRC it was Jonathan Hunt who tipped me off yesterday!
Drupal has a growing presence in New Zealand Government: see also http://sustainability.govt.nz/ (Ministry for the Environment), http://www.nzhistory.net.nz/ (Ministry for Culture and Heritage), http://biosecurity.govt.nz/ (Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry) for starters.
We developed the Beehive site in Drupal, another government site we did in Drupal is www.sharedequityscheme.co.nz and quasi-government (funded by Wellington City Council) is www.wellingtonnz.com.
cheers!
