Mollom's world map of spam

Over the weekend, Ben created a map that visualizes the website spammers in the world as captured by Mollom. The map is updated multiple times a day and visualizes all the spam attempts over a time span of approximately 6 hours. Check out Ben's blog post for more details. Interesting!

Wow, that's most interesting, although not entirely unexpected. I'm surprised that hiding up there, the Netherlands managed over 40K attacks, more than USA!

Now all we need somebody to do, is to stop them... :P

Yikes! The Dutch in red on that map... And I always thought countries like the US, India and China were in the lead if it comes to spam.

Maybe to good of an infrastructure for those spam boys (and girls?) in the Netherlands...

It would be even better if you could marry this application to Google Earth and mark actual houses and buildings as SPAMMERS. Of course that may be too personal.
