I think that this picture is one of the most significant visual aids that we have when we talk about "The Drupal Community". People who haven't experienced being a part of such a group couldn't possibly imagine that software could be the great unifying force that it is, at least for us. This shows so very clearly that Drupal is much more than just clean and efficient code; it is about faces, smiles and the license to dream.
