What is your motivation for being a member of the Drupal Association?:
70% of our revenue stream comes from providing Drupal services and we are growing 300% Year on Year primarily and are looking forward to push Services, Verticals and Products globally in coming year. Drupal is at core of our Business and Drupal's success is our success.
What are the primary goals you would like to work on?:
Marketing / Improving wide adoption of Drupal. I consider myself very innovative in Marketing and can bring lot of new ideas to get us Competitive advantage against other CMS products out there. I like to work on Drupal Magazine and Drupal Certifications.
What strategy will you employ in order to accomplish said goals?:
Work with other members to come out with real stats, positive articles and promote these articles on the internet.

Drupal has helped be build a very large and widely admired Open Source Services company in Ahmedabad, India. Being a Canadian Permanent Resident and getting motivated by seeing Drupal growth in Vancouver in 2006, primarily learning from Bryght meetups, I moved from being a developer to being a mentor for larger masses. In state of Gujarat (one of the most industrialized states of India), our Company has got interest from lot of college graduates to work with us
How long have you been using Drupal, and how'd you get your start?:
I have been using Drupal since March 2006. I was introduced to it by Len Leyton(Songido.com) when I was planning to start an Outsourcing company. I started my Company BPO Canada Global Services Corporation(http://www.bpocanada.com) from Surrey, BC and Sondigo.com was my first project. Since then we never looked back. I setup Indian Operations in 2nd Month. Today we have 56 employees(Entire Development Team is in India) and most(46) of them engaged in Drupal Services while 10 doing Ruby on Rails. We have worked on many projects - http://www.bpocanada.com/portfolio and with every passing quarter, we are getting bigger and bigger in terms of adding manpower, infrastructure and forming long term strategic partnerships. From Development Services today we offer soup-to-nuts Drupal Services - i.e Development, Support, Infrastructure Monitoring, Themeing, Advisory, etc.
Have you made existing community contributions, and if so, what?:
ePublish(maintaining/supporting) - recently contributed 6.0 upgrade. Made Small contributions to Drupal Association. Corporate Member of Drupal Association. Some of my team members have started providing support on Drupal Forums and we expect to submit few themes this year.

Drupal Magazine / Drupal Certification / Drupal for masses
I let my work talk for itself. I have been promoting Drupal in Social Media ( LinkedIn being one of them), Corporates, giving seminars in Colleges, mentoring Students and Entrepreneurs, etc.
I have very large Drupal Development team(http://www.flickr.com/photos/bpocanada) in India(http://groups.drupal.org/ahmedabad) and we have Saturday Showdowns where we have Drupal Quiz, review of Drupal Talk, Drupal Planet, etc. Much of this can be assembled and structured and with help from community, we can come out with Drupal Magazine and Drupal Certification.
I do have background running a Java Training Institute as Director and preparing the students for Java Certification.
And first and foremost is of course, I want to bring many many more young developers to work on Drupal. The groundwork has already been done and we have been noticed. Any infrastructure expansion we undertake - becomes small in short period as we have so much interest from talent in India to work in our India team.
