Comments
Seconded; the Drupal Association doesn't touch code...
I'd be curious of your specific strategies for creating a Drupal community in Russia, particularly if these strategies could be applied globally.
Drupal association is not involved in the Drupal software
Hi, your goals are good ones for the Drupal software project. However, they are not goals the association can pursue as it must remain independent from the software development.
Goals for "Russian translations, security fixes, input validation" should be pursued directly through the Drupal community.
Please review the statues:
Section 2: Authority
The community of Drupal developers decides independently on the func-
tionality on the one hand and on planning the development of the Drupal
software on the other. The Association shall not have casting vote in such
matters.
Your goals as an ambassador to the Russian local community are in line with the Drupal association.
Cheers,
Kieran Lal
